Peter Casperson, Executive Director - Peter has 30+ years of Culinary and Director experience. He started in the kitchens of local restaurants and Inns, followed by 12 years as Executive Chef for Wyndham hotels in the Boston area. Peter joined Compass Group / FLIK Hospitality in 2005, where he managed many locations, and now feels very lucky to be part of the Lawrence Academy community.
Martin Porto, Executive Chef - Chef Martin has 20 years of culinary experience and most recently was the Senior Sous-Chef at the M.I.T Conference Center before joining the FLIK family.
Brendan Sullivan, Sous Chef - Brendan has eight years of culinary experience, including the last four years as the Executive Sous at Forge & Vine Restaurant.
