Dining

Lawrence Academy’s dining hall is a spot for the school community to come together for meals, but it’s also a spot to relax, converse, and bond.

Dining Hall

Three meals each weekday, and brunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays, are prepared by dining hall staff for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, with a focus on fresh, healthy, and local offerings. Extended dining options — bagels, cereal, fruit, drinks, and other assorted snacks — are also available during the week.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, along with an allergen-free “Simple Serving Meal,” are available during each meal service. Throughout the school year, dining hall staff spice things up with themed meals and tastes of home cooking away from home. LA is also committed to promoting sustainable dining principles: using cage-free eggs, sourcing ingredients locally, and working to create less food waste, for example.

Just as students are asked to take active roles in their education, they’re also encouraged to offer meal suggestions and help plan dining hall events. The Food Committee is in charge of working with dining hall staff on behalf of the student body.

Bite App by Sodexo

Lawrence Academy's dining hall partner Sodexo, would like to introduce their Bite App. Their new app - which can be downloaded on both Google Play and the Apple App Store - enables students to view the menu each day before arriving in the dining hall. Students can use the app filters to search for vegetarian, vegan and allergen-free menu options to see what is being offered that day. To learn more about Sodexo's Bite App click here.

Once you've downloaded the app, simply search Lawrence Academy to get started!
