Students must be healthy to learn to their full potential, and must be educated about health maintenance to become fully functioning, productive members of society.
Lawrence Academy’s Health and Counseling Center and its staff and programs are, therefore, vital parts of the school’s educational process.
Originally established by a former student and his family (the Frigoletto Family), the Health Center ensures that adequate medical attention, health education, and resources are available to all LA students, families, faculty, and staff members.
In 2023, Lawrence Academy relocated the Health Center to LA South (the opposite side of campus). Completely renovated and built from the ground up, the new Health Center features state-of-the-art facilities which include; offices, examine rooms, telehealth room, overnight bedrooms and more. The Health Center is staffed by a doctor, nurses, psychologists, and other health care providers, who are available to students each school day and are on-call at all other times.

First Aid, AEDS & EPIPENS
For the safety of our community, Lawrence Academy has First Aid Kits and Samaritan AEDs located in every major building on campus. Additionally, there are several EPIPENs available in select areas of campus as well.
