Windsor, CT -- Head Coach Donna Mastrangelo joined three of her players for Sunday's girls' basketball All-Star game.
"The East fell short, but LA girls put on a show and carried the east," said Ms. Mastrangelo. "They brought a great deal of pride to LA and to me as their coach.
"If there was an MVP, senior Erin Antosh would have earned that distinction. She was a powerful presence as she scored 17 points., dominated the boards on both ends of the floor, and even got herself a flashy assist. Senior Abby Streeter nailed three 3-pointers and ran the floor connecting for a layup to tally 11pts. And sophomore Nicolette Arnold was the big play-maker getting multiple assists while adding a hoop as well.
"Again, they all played extremely well and represented LA with tremendous pride and honor," she said.
Thanks to Coach Mastrangelo for the Picture; sincere congratulations to the girls. #GoLASpartans
