At Lawrence, we often ask you to choose a topic to research, choose which team and organization or club to join, choose an advisor, choose a Winterim course or internship, and choose how to spend free time during evenings or on weekends. The most independent and motivated students may even choose to apply to the Independent Immersion Program. With the support and guidance of adults, students at LA are encouraged to grow personally and intellectually by taking constructive risks and making informed choices.
